Field Services Technician

The Field Service Technician will support the store locations in West Tennessee. The Tier 2 IT Technician will manage tickets to troubleshoot network and Information System issues. This position will be required to work remotely in multiple locations and provide hands on support.

  • Tier 2 IT support work including but not limited to desktop deployment, printer configuration, network administration, and preventative maintenance 
  • Manage tickets for issues and work orders for the assigned district
  • Troubleshoot and support network issues
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on a regular basis
  • Work remotely in multiple locations providing hands on support


  • At least 2 years experience in systems administration/help desk support issues
  • 2 or 4 year degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Valid TN Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Technical understanding of networking, desktop engineering, datacenter systems
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptops, and printers, in a large (over 700 users) geo-diverse environment
  • Experience with industry standard applications from Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Kaspersky, and others preferred
  • Experience dealing with security issues such as malware/virus cleaning, software hardening, and vulnerability management preferred
  • Experience with datacenter operations and system monitoring preferred
  • MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, HDI, and ITIL Foundation certifications preferred
