The Banking Group Agent is primarily focus of this department is to analyze all payment data to determine proper scheduling of payments and correcting return data. As a Banking Group agent will also perform some outbound calls to assist in gathering data. These calls could be on a preview or predictive dialer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Displays a cheerful and positive attitude at all times
  • Provides consistent and exceptional customer service
  • Drives customer retention and mitigate bad debt by focusing on updating customer information within the system.
  • Conducts outbound calls to assist customers with correcting data within our system
  • Inspecting customer provided documents to ensure data integrity.
  • Meets performance standards for calls made, dollars collected and accounts corrected
  • Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures, state and federal laws
  • Participates in on-going learning and development
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS   

  • High School Education
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required; specifically Excel and Word
  • Must have excellent verbal communications skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced call center environment
  • Experience with data entry is required
  • Excellent verbal communications skills both in person and over the telephone
