A creative and skilled content marketer to lead our content strategy and execution.
Create e-learning and classroom content that will be beneficial for each department specific to their training needs.
Provide leadership to the Accounting team including establishing direction, optimizing workflows, and developing staff.
Conduct outbound calls and assist customers with payment options over the phone or in store.
Supervises day-to-day store operations and train staff members.
Perform financial transactions such as loans, check cashing, wire transfers, money orders and bill payments.
Conduct productivity and efficiency-related analyses in the Company’s multi-unit retail store network.
Works with Branch Managers to ensure that the company’s operational and experiential standards are being met.
Leads and supports the call center team that provides world-class customer service to our online customers across the U.S.
Assists call-in customers with payments, loan assistance, bill pay assistance, and other products.
Provides courteous payment reminder and arrangement calls to our existing customers.
Assists our online customers through their loan applications.
